Well worth a visit quiet relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Spas were clean. View of the mountain very breath taking. Will definitely come back again.

very good experience for my friends and i. would recommend booking a room nearby as it is quite the long drive and not really worth if you don't stay. pricing was very high for food but portions and taste was delicious. is always decently busy.

A beauty gem in the middle or blue mountains. Good reflection of Japanese hospitality and welcome. This place is so popular that you might need to book months in advance. I had reservation for accommodation, SPA massage and bathhouse. All were great. Very refreshing, and stunning view. The only drawback during my stay was we were guided to the room and one of the floor chair was broken when we got in reported to reception and they said they will have it checked and replace. Went back after 3-4 hours the chair was still broken. Lack of communication was a bit disappointing. Other than that everything was great….

On-site parking Ensure to bring own water bottle swimmers and towel. A little bit expensive for general admission, however worth the experience Food is a little bit expensive also. On-site parking.
